Internship information
Open position:
Front Office Internship

Regular Tasks Undertaken by intern:
1. Maintain guests relations on the Front Desk and Concierge;
2. Observe and assist to install service standards in the department;
3. Observe and assist in the welcome process for all guests and especially VIP, in room check-in and other special amenities and services we provide to our guests;
4. Develop and maintain good communications within the team.

Work hours
5 days a week
